Burt's Bees natural lip balm moisturizes lips with ingredients like ultra-emollient lanolin, coconut oil and sunflower oil, and seals in hydration with beeswax. You can use it on healthy lips for a little peppermint tingle. No wonder it is our most popular product.

About Beeswax: A natural wax made by bees in the cell walls of honeycombs, this substance is a natural emulsifier used in cosmetics.

Usage: Apply balm liberally to your lips as often as needed, particularly in dry, cold or windy conditions.

What's Natural? At Burt's Bees, they label every product they make with what is called a "natural bar." This bar discloses exactly how natural that specific product is. Many of the things Burt's Bees make are 100% natural, but sometimes they can't be. Once in awhile, they have to create something in their "kitchen" in order to offer you the best products possible. For example, Vitamin E is an essential part of any skin care regimen, but it does not remain stable in its natural state. So when you see the words Tocopheryl Acetate on one of the labels, it's just a fancy word for Vitamin E.
